Car Care of Kensington is a London based, family run, independent garage. They wanted to refresh their existing website and online brand with a modern and more sophisticated design that would better showcase the companies automotive services, as well as reflect their renowned reputation.
Working alongside Compu-J Ltd, developer of the live site, I was challenged with delivering responsive web designs to effectively showcase the companies auto sales and repair services, but also enable their customers both current and new, to take advantage of Car Care’s additional services, outside of their workshops.
Designing the user experience so that customers could engage with the website on devices of any screen size was key functionality outlined at the very beginning of this project and with the companies addition of their new ‘Homestart’ vehicle recovery service, this was vital.
The ability to create a vehicle account and purchase annual recovery subscriptions via the site meant that customers had to receive the best possible user experience across all devices, whilst being reassured they could still access whilst on the go.
